EFUND POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at customerservice@kelyndas.com or through our official social media channels. Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided via email or support chat once the process has been initiated.

If the return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.
